We are using Version 10.0.5. and have a number of licences. We have NO in-house support for GDS, as the network and infrastructure belongs to our client. Complicated, but necessary.
Today, we ran out of licences. When I checked the list of users, one user showed up twice, so I asked him to shut down and re-start his PC. During the restart, he was still showing as a user, and now he cannot open GDS.
Does anyone know how/where the licencing information is stored/ checked?
